What Our Clients Say

Brent has been looking after our Victoria home for two winters now while we're in Arizona. Every report is thorough, the photos are clear, and he always flags anything that needs attention right away. We couldn't ask for better peace of mind.

We bought a vacation property in Victoria and were nervous about leaving it unattended for months at a time. West Coast Property Watch has been a game-changer. Brent is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about the properties he looks after.

I manage a rental property in Victoria from the mainland and Brent has been invaluable. He caught a slow water leak early that could have caused serious damage. The detailed reports give me everything I need to stay on top of the property remotely.

After a bad experience with a property management company that barely checked in, finding West Coast Property Watch was a relief. Brent actually shows up, actually looks around, and actually tells you what he finds. Highly recommended.

The reports Brent sends are excellent — detailed, well-photographed, and easy to read. He noticed a broken fence panel and a blocked downspout on the same visit and let me know immediately. That kind of attentiveness is exactly what you want.

We've recommended West Coast Property Watch to several friends who also spend winters away from Victoria. Every one of them has thanked us. Brent is trustworthy, thorough, and a genuinely nice person to deal with.
